Location: Full-time, Office-Based (Greater Lancashire)
Salary: £40,000–£55,000 DOE

About the Role
Our client, a reputable organisation within the cladding and façade sector, is seeking a skilled Designer to join their team on a full-time, office-based basis in Greater Lancashire. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a diverse range of cladding projects, supporting the full design lifecycle from concept through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Produce accurate and detailed design drawings for cladding and façade systems.
Work collaboratively with project managers, estimators, site teams, and external stakeholders.
Develop and amend technical drawings, elevations, layouts, and fabrication details.
Review architectural and structural drawings to ensure design compatibility and compliance.
Prepare material schedules, technical documentation, and installation details.
Provide design support throughout project delivery, including responding to queries and revisions.
Ensure all designs meet relevant regulations, standards, and quality requirements.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience as a Designer within the cladding, façades, construction, or architectural sectors.
Proficiency in relevant CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or similar).
Strong understanding of cladding systems, materials, and industry standards.
Ability to interpret and work from architectural and engineering drawings.
Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
