Key Responsibilities
Produce high-quality visual designs aligned with project requirements and brand standards.
Create and refine design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and prototypes.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and wider teams to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
Prepare drawings, specifications, and documentation to support project delivery.
Present design ideas and solutions clearly and effectively.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and best practices.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in a design role (construction, cladding, architectural, or related fields advantageous).
Proficiency in relevant design software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately from technical information.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage workload independently and adapt to changing priorities.
