Project Manager – Facades / Cladding Projects
Location: London & Bournemouth (two projects)
Salary: £70,000 + company car
The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of cladding and re-cladding projects on two major sites in London and Bournemouth.
The Project Manager will have full responsibility for project delivery, including programme, cost, quality, and safety, while managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage cladding and re-cladding projects from mobilisation through to handover
Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners to ensure delivery to programme, budget, and quality standards
Manage project budgets, cost control, and reporting
Coordinate design, procurement, and construction interfaces
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders
Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively
Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Project Manager on cladding and re-cladding projects
Strong understanding of façade systems, installation methods, and construction sequencing
Experience managing multi-site projects
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Commercially aware with a strong focus on cost control and programme delivery
