Title: Managing Quantity Surveyor
Salary: £65,000 to £80,000 per annum (with a six-month review and formal reviews in April and October)
Location: Greenwich (office based with regular site visits; hybrid flexibility)
Reports to: Commercial Director
Projects: Typically, £1 to £10 million façade packages
Start: As soon as practicable
This person will lead the commercial delivery of several live façade projects and manage a small team of junior QSs. We are looking for a hands on, commercially sharp individual who can bring structure and consistency without unnecessary bureaucracy. We are not after a corporate QS. We want someone grounded, technically capable, and confident managing subcontract procurement, CVRs, valuations, and client interfaces within a fast paced, growing business.
