Job Title: Senior Façade Designer – Rainscreen Cladding
Location: Hybrid (flexible working available)
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)
Our Client: Our client is a rapidly expanding façade and cladding specialist with a £100m project pipeline secured. They are recognised for delivering high-quality, innovative façades and are seeking a skilled Façade Designer to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a company with ambitious growth plans and high-profile projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed façade and rainscreen cladding designs in line with project requirements.
Produce technical drawings, 3D models, and specifications to support fabrication and installation.
Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design accuracy and constructability.
Ensure designs comply with building regulations, fire safety standards, and quality requirements.
Coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines and deliverables.
Support senior design staff in problem-solving and design optimisation.
Essential Experience & Skills:
Proven experience in façade design with Rainscreen Cladding as a core expertise.
Proficiency in CAD and BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, or equivalent).
Strong technical knowledge of façade systems, materials, and construction methods.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within a fast-growing environment.
