Project Manager – Data Centres (Europe)
Location: Europe (projects across multiple countries)
Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 + package
The Role
Our client is a leading international contractor operating within the mission-critical and data centre sector, delivering large-scale full-envelope data centre projects across Europe. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of complex, high-value projects within their European portfolio.
The Project Manager will play a key role in day-to-day project delivery, working closely with senior leadership to ensure programmes are delivered safely, on time, and to budget.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day delivery of data centre projects or defined project packages
Support the Project Director in programme planning, reporting, and execution
Coordinate internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors across CSA and MEP scopes
Monitor project progress against programme, cost, quality, and safety targets
Assist with procurement, contract administration, and change control
Ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements
Contribute to risk management, problem-solving, and mitigation strategies
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and project teams
Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Project Manager within the Facade/Roofing & Cladding industry
Background in full-envelope construction projects (CSA or MEP bias considered)
Experience working on large or technically complex projects in a structured delivery environment
Strong organisational and coordination skills with good commercial awareness
Confident communicator able to work with multiple stakeholders
Willingness to travel across Europe as project requirements dictate

£70,000 – £90,000 base salary, depending on experience
