Project Manager – Cladding / Re-Cladding Projects
Location: Edinburgh
Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 + package
The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee cladding and re-cladding projects in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to budget.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage cladding and re-cladding projects from mobilisation through to handover
Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners to ensure delivery to programme, cost, and quality standards
Coordinate design, procurement, and construction interfaces
Monitor project budgets, costs, and financial performance
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders
Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively
Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Project Manager on cladding and re-cladding projects
Strong understanding of façade systems, installation methods, and construction sequencing
Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Commercially aware with strong focus on cost control and programme delivery

£60,000 – £75,000 base salary
