Green Carbon Talent are seeking a qualified Electrician with proven Solar PV experience to join a growing renewable energy specialist based in Cheltenham.

Key Responsibilities

Install, test, and commission solar PV systems (domestic and commercial)

Carry out electrical wiring, connections, and fault finding to BS7671 standards

Conduct maintenance and performance checks on existing systems

Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical and safety regulations

Work effectively both independently and as part of an installation team

Liaise with clients, site managers, and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements
-
Qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds 2365 or equivalent)

18th Edition Wiring Regulations

Proven experience installing and maintaining solar PV systems

ECS / CSCS card preferred
-
Full UK driving licence

Strong understanding of health & safety procedures

Positive attitude and commitment to high-quality workmanship
