Green Carbon Talent are working with an established and expanding specialist contractor within the roofing and cladding sector, seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects across the North of England.

You’ll be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee multiple roofing and cladding contracts simultaneously

Manage project delivery teams, subcontractors, and site operations

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high standards of communication

Monitor budgets, schedules, and performance metrics

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards

Support tendering, procurement, and commercial processes
Requirements

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the roofing or cladding industry

Strong technical understanding of building envelope systems

Excellent organisational and leadership skills

Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and contract variations

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally
