Key Responsibilities

Lead all commercial and contractual aspects of major façade and envelope projects

Oversee commercial teams, ensuring effective cost control and risk management

Provide strategic input into company growth and project planning

Manage budgets, forecasts, and commercial reporting

Support tendering and business development activities

Maintain and develop key client and supply chain relationships

Ensure compliance with contract conditions, legislation, and company procedures
Requirements

Proven experience as a Senior Commercial Manager or Commercial Director in the cladding, façade, or envelope sector

Strong commercial acumen and contractual knowledge (JCT/NEC)

Experience managing large-scale projects or portfolios (£1m–£10m+)

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Full envelope and re-cladding experience highly beneficial
